Best of Chili's!

Chili's will forever be among my favorite restaurants, also one of my family's favorite dining places (among the many!). I just love their food selection. The prices are a bit high (Approximately Php300-400 per head), but it gives justice to the quality of food they serve and the customer service they give, plus you'd never go out with a tinge of hunger. I also enjoy the colorful and happy ambiance they have. Very suitable for birthday celebrations, hanging out with friends, and casual dining. They do have a separate place for the drinkers / smokers, just in case you'd want to spend the entire evening just chatting, drinking & munching. We usually go here for special occasions or whenever my mom just feels more generous than usual. Haha! Pictures below were taken on different days. I will include my family's & my personal favorites!

TRIPLE PLAY - a combination of chicken crispers, buffalo wings and southwestern        egg rolls (The egg rolls are real good! My mom's favorite appetizer!) If I remember it correctly, this is around Php400-500. I'm not as sure though

QUESADILLA EXPLOSION - This is really delicious. Even my vegetable hating brother can't resist this salad. It has grilled chicken strips, nacho strips, tons of lettuce, yummy dressing plus of course the quesadillas. They have 2 sizes, the family (for 4-5 persons) & the regular (for 2-3 persons). This ranges from Php 400-500+ and Php 200-300+ respectively. I can't remember! But we ALWAYS order this:)

CHICKEN CLUB TACOS - one of their most affordable meals, which tastes real good too! If I were to go alone to Chili's, I'd pick this as my meal:) This could be shared by 2 people, plus probably add an appetizer. This is too much for 1 person though. We usually have a taco taken out. The normal sides of this are chili beans + mashed potato. But we prefer this with fried onion strips instead of the beans. Imagine how huge this is. Best part is, its only Php300+

So, those are the usual dishes we order at Chili's. During this time, (picture above) there was only 3 of us, but we had lots to take out. Next photos are the other dishes we've tried.

GRILLED CHICKEN PLATTER - grilled chicken breast in herbs, usually served with rice + steamed veggies, but you could have the rice changed to mashed potato (legit mashed potato! haha). The chicken tastes good, serves 1 person, and you need not order anything else. It's very filling, thus this meal is also recommandable! If my memory serves me right, this ranges from Php300-500 - I'm not really sure!

CLASSIC FAJITAS -  we tried this, for the sake of trying it because my dad wanted to. It was okay, but this won't suffice a hungry tummy. It's probably a good combination for alcoholic beverages (pulutan). But doesn't much justify the price. This is around Php500-600. Comes with only 2 or 3 pcs of soft tacos. 

This was given to me during my birthday:) They give delicious treats + goodies (Got a Chili's fan) for birthday celebrants, and of course the waiters sing a jolly Happy Birthday song:)

BOTTOMLESS TOSTADA CHIPS - this is a must order for huge groups / barkadas. It's very reasonable and they taste really good! Chips & salsa dip are both refillable, not to mention their salsa (very delicious!) tastes very similar to the Tostitos Salsa dip.

CHILI'S BIG MOUTH BURGER DAY

Yes, this is the day when Chili's sell their burgers for a very affordable price of Php 120 (from the regular price of Php 300+). Their burgers are huge, and they come with huge fries as well. Being the food trippers we are, we took advantage of this day, and made it a bonding sesh. To our surprise, even before Greenbelt 5 formally opens, there were a lot of people lined up already!

The ladies I usually go out with, even after college:) Can't imagine College without them! We actually have a huge group, unfortunately we live far from each other plus they have their own thing going on with their lives already

One thing's for sure, we really enjoyed eating our hearts out! We also ordered the Unlimited Tostada Chips to munch on while endlessly catching up with each other's lives.
